Refund and Return Policy

Our company understands that you may occasionally need to return an item received from our online store. In such cases, we aim to make the process as easy and worry-free as possible, as outlined in our Returns Policy.

All refunds are credited using the original payment method if possible and typically take between 5-7 working days to be processed. This timeframe may vary depending on your card provider.

In accordance with regulations, we cannot accept returns of any medication, as it cannot be reused once it has left our premises. Any returned medication must be disposed of correctly within 30 days. You may cancel orders up until the point your medication is dispatched. Our pharmacist ensures that any returned medication is destroyed within 30 days of its return, including unopened boxes, which is why we cannot offer refunds once your treatment has been dispatched.

If you miss a delivery or need your medication redelivered, we can resend it to the same or an alternate address as long as it is returned to us within 30 days.

Distance Selling Regulations
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 state that you cannot cancel your order under certain circumstances:

Contracts for the supply of goods that are explicitly personalized or by their nature cannot be returned or are susceptible to deterioration or rapid expiration.
Therefore, you do not have the right to cancel these orders. However, at our discretion, you may cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty order, contact us using the details below within 10 days of receiving the item. We will determine the appropriate action on a case-by-case basis, which may result in a refund or replacement.

To return medication via postal services, ensure it is packaged suitably and includes your full name, address, and order number. Send returns to:

Damaged Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are eligible for a monetary refund on goods damaged within a month of receipt. Items must be returned before a refund is issued.

We do not accept medication deemed ineffective. However, if you believe any medication received was damaged, contact our support staff for assistance with a refund. You may email or call during operating hours for advice on returning damaged items.
